Accounts Receivable Specialist (Billing & Invoicing)

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong invoicing and billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

$23-$25/hr

Responsibilities

• Create and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Review billing information to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Assist with month-end accounts receivable activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Invoicing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
• Background in high-volume invoicing environments.
